The new Brasserie B by celebrity-chef Bobby Flay and Caesars Entertainment is a French-influenced eatery that brings French flair to the Las Vegas Strip. Inspired by the Parisian brasseries of the 1930s and the ‘40s, Brasserie B features classic, maroon leather banquettes and serves a mix of brasserie staples, raw bar, and flavors for which the chef is known.
To accomplish this, Martin-Harris remodeled the 5,580 SF restaurant space, the Old Homestead Restaurant, which required demolition of a dining area, bar, and back-of-house kitchen space. Central to the project’s objectives was the fusion of functionality and aesthetics. The design drew inspiration from the timeless charm of Parisian Brasserie restaurants, infusing the space with an air of sophistication and warmth. From the impressive, curved-art feature accentuating the seafood bar to the intricate tin-tile ceilings and expansive exterior storefront windows, every element was carefully curated to evoke a sense of elegance and allure. Martin-Harris Construction provided preconstruction and construction services.
