Guy joined the family business in 1982, working his way from laborer to Superintendent, then into the office as an Estimator. He later had an opportunity to create and lead a Tenant Improvement Group at a sister company, M&H Building Specialists, ultimately serving as Vice President of Operations. After returning to Martin-Harris, Guy served as a Director of Business Development and then Director of Preconstruction Services. His first appointment to the Executive Board was as Vice President of Procurement where he oversaw the strategic development of Martin-Harris’s business development, estimating and preconstruction programs. In his current role as President, Guy is responsible for the overall management and success of the company’s operations.

As Vice President of Operations, Southern Nevada, Mike leads regional operations with a focus on delivering exceptional results for clients while supporting the continued growth of Martin-Harris' people and partnerships. He works closely with project teams and industry partners to drive performance, strengthen relationships, and uphold the company's standards of quality and integrity. Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep industry knowledge, Mike is committed to developing future leaders and fostering a culture that positively impacts both projects and communities throughout Southern Nevada.

Her commitment to excellence propelled her from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant and ultimately to her current role as Controller in 2015. Vivian oversees all aspects of the company’s finances including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and reporting analysis.
