Megan entered the construction industry 28 years ago as a laborer on a framing crew and has since built a robust career. She is a seasoned construction professional with a unique blend of experience as a general contractor, construction risk manager, and registered architect. Megan has a strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and construction documents. Her career has been defined by a hands-on approach to problem-solving design, constructability, and budget issues among diverse stakeholders, including owners, government entities, designers, contractors, and community members. Known for her ability to navigate complex challenges and foster collaboration, Megan continues to drive operational excellence and deliver successful outcomes across a wide range of projects.
Derek Krider
Derek Krider has more than 35 years of hands-on construction industry experience. He has led multi-million dollar firms, maximizing revenues, minimizing costs, and increasing profits and market share while improving employee engagement. An excellent communicator, team builder, and problem solver, Derek excels in complex and competitive environments. His wide-ranging experience spans multifamily, master-planned communities, hotels and resorts, commercial, office, retail, and beyond. His successful projects range from residential developments to large-scale commercial constructions. Derek’s innovative approach to operational efficiency and strong client relations have significantly contributed to the company’s success, making him an invaluable asset.
Will Crooks
Will entered the construction industry over a decade ago and has since built a strong foundation in managing projects from initial planning through final completion. His career has been defined by a hands-on approach to coordinating resources, equipment, and personnel to meet demanding schedules and budget goals.
