MEET THE TEAM
Marty Mitcham
Marty joined Martin-Harris in 2021 with 30 years of experience in construction management and 10 years of experience in preconstruction services management. This includes general contracting, Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build services for the education, healthcare, multi-family, industrial, office, and retail industries. Marty manages the overall preconstruction and construction team from award through project close-out. He is the leader of all day-to-day activities and holds his teams accountable to meeting the project goals.
Ryan Gold
As the co-founder of a prominent Reno general contractor for over 15 years, Ryan joined Martin-Harris bringing a wealth of expertise in business development, financial oversight, and executive leadership. His deep industry roots and strong community ties have fostered enduring partnerships across both the public and private sectors in Northern Nevada. In his role as Director of Procurement, Ryan spearheads business development initiatives and oversees all preconstruction, marketing, and community outreach efforts.
Robert Schenck
With over two decades of industry experience, Robert brings deep expertise and leadership to his role. Since joining Martin-Harris in 2023, he has played a critical role in driving preconstruction strategy, estimating accuracy, and client alignment across a range of project types and delivery methods. As Chief Estimator, he develops the estimating strategy and preliminary budget, supports constructability reviews, conducts value analysis, manages bid scope packages, oversees subcontractor prequalification, and coordinates closely with the Architect and Design Consultants.
Lowell Anderson
Lowell has more than 30 years of experience in construction project management and estimating. He has extensive knowledge in safety, quality control, preconstruction services, procurement, and financial and resource management. He has consistently achieved exceptional and measurable results for his clients in a variety of industries. Lowell is involved in design and constructability reviews and overall development and review of the project schedule and logistics plan, and is responsible for ensuring our compliance with project scope, cost, and schedule.
