Martin-Harris Construction provided Design-Assist services for the extensive remodel of a 19,500 SF Race and Sportsbook, transforming it into a luxury, technology-driven destination. The project introduced a 151-foot curved LED wall, 42 standalone TVs, and a 110-speaker Meyer sound system, delivering an immersive viewing experience. A new radiused center bar serves as the focal point, featuring Taj Mahal stone countertops, custom walnut millwork, and 36 tabletop slot games, while elevated VIP seating offers premium sightlines to the massive LED screen. Behind the scenes, new back-of-house offices, control rooms, and service bars were added to support operations. Infrastructure upgrades included a new sanitary sewer system, 15,000-gallon grease interceptor, and significant HVAC modifications, all carefully executed within a multi-phased schedule to minimize disruption to the 24/7 casino environment. The result is a modern, high-end space that blends cutting-edge technology, sophisticated finishes, and enhanced guest experiences.
