The newly renovated Martin-Harris Construction headquarters in Las Vegas reflects the team-first values that power our work every day. This building is purpose-built for collaboration, innovation, and growth, our new space sets the tone for the future.
On June 26, 2025, we marked this milestone with a ribbon cutting celebration attended by Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo, company Founder Frank Martin, President Guy Martin, and a distinguished group of civic leaders, clients, industry partners, and Associates. The event was a powerful reminder of our nearly 50-year commitment to Southern Nevada and the people who have helped build Martin-Harris from the ground up.
“Our new headquarters isn’t just a space, it’s a statement about who we are and where we’re going,” said President Guy Martin. “It reflects the pride we take in our craft, our deep roots in Southern Nevada, and our continued belief in building something that lasts.”
Spanning a total of 41,846 square feet, the renovated facility includes 34,475 SF of existing space and a 7,371 SF addition; all thoughtfully designed to enhance how our team connects, collaborates, and grows. The office features modern meeting rooms, flexible workspaces, and a state-of-the-art training center to support the development of our associates.
Design elements throughout the building honor the construction process itself. Exposed concrete, plywood finishes, and visible structural systems highlight the hands-on nature of our work. A standout feature in the main lobby—a custom, poured-in-place concrete wall with exposed rebar—serves as a powerful symbol of strength, transparency, and craftsmanship.
This project is also a deeply personal one. From the naming of the Frank Martin and Ray Newmiller conference rooms to the stories embedded in every architectural detail, this space celebrates the people and values that have shaped Martin-Harris since 1976.
As we approach our 50th anniversary, this headquarters sets the tone for the next era of excellence, teamwork, and community building. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re even more excited about what comes next.
