UNLV Tropicana Parking Garage

Design-Build of a 4-level cast-in-place post tensioned parking structure including 3 structured levels. The superstructure utilizes CIP concrete columns and long span post tensioned concrete w/CMU stairwells and grade level crash walls (barrier wall). The project included 3 stairwells, 2 of which also housed dual elevators. The garage provides approximately 1,013 parking stalls adjacent to the main campus of the university and two large event stadiums. The Design-Build team also proposed re-striping the existing black surface lot west of the garage footprint to provide an additional 2,316 spaces.
