The low rise multi-family project consisted of a 3-story 50,535 SF footprint wood framed stucco structure constructed atop a concrete podium which functions as a 120 space covered parking facility. This main building includes a total of 113,525 SF of living area, 77,013 SF of common area, and 2,902 SF of storage area; its horseshoe shape encompasses a 20,766 SF courtyard which encompasses recreational areas including private cabanas with TV’s, barbeque areas, intimate lounging, fire pit areas, wet deck, large pool, spa, fitness center and dog park.
Site work included a 96 space uncovered overflow parking area; a detached conditioned building for the housing of fire pump equipment; and an assortment of underground drains, valley gutters, and flumes to accommodate drainage for the 2.5 acre site.
