Phase 1: The scope of work of this project is as follows: remove existing wall finishes in the seating and entrance areas and finish the wall to receive new wallcovering; remove and replace existing pendant lights at the seating area and bar top area; provide power and data at the bar top area for future TV’s; and extend the sneeze guard at the bar top area such to accommodate additional bar top seating.
Phase 2: Interior renovation of an existing restaurant and patio addition at the Hard Rock Hotel. Includes new finishes and the addition of a main front bar an exterior patio bar.
