This project involved the new construction of two 7-story condominium buildings totaling 563,000 SF, a 2-level (1,200 spaces) underground parking structure and a 10,000 SF clubhouse. Each residential tower has a lobby with conference/meeting rooms, exercise facility and four elevators. The concrete and steel construction provides increased soundproofing and insulation.

The clubhouse boasts spa massage and steam rooms, a business center with high speed internet connections, a private movie theater, event room/dining area with bar and caterer’s station and a state of-the-art fitness center.

Offsite improvements include 3 resort style outdoor hot tubs, 2 heated swimming pools, a lushly landscaped courtyard, outdoor BBQ area with fireplaces and walking paths.

Approximately 400 residences offer 30 different floor plans with granite countertops in all kitchens & baths, imported Italian wood cabinets with adjustable shelves and heavy duty hinges for longevity, dramatic volume ceilings, crown molding and coffered ceilings, custom paint with rich accent walls, smooth wall craftsmanship with straight corners, Venetian sliding patio doors, 8’ interior raised panel doors and Low-E Dual Pane Windows.

Sustainable Elements

The project is registered with the USGBC and was designed with consideration of the principles of sustainable design under the guidance of the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building rating System (LEED). Materials were selected for long life and increased durability.
