Allied Health – Mohave Community College
Allied Health – Mohave Community College
This project is a single story wood framed building with associated site work to include a new drive and stubs to “future” buildings. The current interior build-out is approximate 5,500 square feet. This design build project incorporates all the components of both a healthcare and educational facility. The training center serves the campus’s registered nursing program and the new Licensed Practical Nurse program. It is designed to replicate actual hospital and ER conditions with patient cubicle work areas and nurses’ station layouts. The classrooms and labs are also linked for video conferencing, recording and broadcasting to remote campuses of the College. The 10,000 SF building includes administrative offices for the program, general purpose classrooms, allied health lab space and two specialty simulation labs with debriefing room.
