Base Entertainment partnered up with actor Channing Tatum bringing the Hollywood hit movie brand “Magic Mike,” the partnership created a show like no other male revue. Base Entertainment’s creative experience along with Channing Tatum’s vision transpired to a sold out Las Vegas show. In addition to the creative elements provided by Base Entertainment and Tatum, the show included from the world-renowned choreographer, Alison Faulk. The creative team scripted a show like no other male revue show around, incorporating familiar references from Magic Mike XXL. The show was not another male stripper show; it was a scripted show however still entertained by the performers talents.

The creative elements of the theater include a 360-degree stage, climbing wall, a leather fabric bed that rises out of the stage, rotating piano, couches, classic pub tables, theater seating for the audience, and a VIP seating cantilevered above the utilized main bar for scenes in the show. Art within the space includes photography by Channing Tatum of the performers. Their talents in addition to dancing are singing playing musical instruments and acting.

The remodeled theater replaced the existing Body English Nightclub inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The original space included two levels, on the casino level and the basement level, with leather sofas, vintage chandeliers, dark wood finishes, and swan fixtures in the restrooms. The new space included a third level, previously a storage area for the casino. The back of house area was converted to the area for AV/lighting, dressing rooms, showers, restrooms, gym, wardrobe room, stage manager’s office and storage for the show. A small area in the existing casino between the box office and branded hallway was reconstructed as a new retail space. The new space included a white carrara marble waterfall counter and floor slab with precision euro style cabinetry, gold painted back base tempered glass and LED installation in the retail space, now known as the pleasure bar.
