This project is a 72‑room renovation for this Wyndham‑branded timeshare property, delivering comprehensive interior, systems, and site upgrades. The scope included major plumbing and electrical improvements, along with the installation of a new HVAC system, significantly enhancing building performance and guest comfort.

Interior renovations featured a full aesthetic refresh, including new paint, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings, and the coordination and installation of all new fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E). FF&E procurement and installation were closely coordinated with Wyndham’s in‑house Development Planning and Construction (DPC) team to ensure brand compliance and seamless execution.

Exterior improvements included construction of a new parking lot, upgraded courtyard and pool areas, and renovation of a 2,360 SF clubhouse. In addition, laundry facilities and back‑of‑house spaces received substantial plumbing and electrical upgrades to support long‑term operational efficiency.
