Renovation of the 22‑story Wyndham Austin, delivering comprehensive interior upgrades and functional reconfigurations to enhance both guest accommodations and operational spaces. The project included renovations to 162 standard guest units, featuring new paint and coordinated fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E) to align with Wyndham brand standards.

In addition, 30 presidential units underwent enhanced upgrades, including new flooring, full kitchens, and remodeled master bathrooms, elevating the premium guest experience. Common areas were strategically reimagined, with the first floor redesigned to function as an improved hospitality lobby, supporting guest flow and arrival experience. The twenty‑second floor was converted from guest units into a dedicated sales office, accommodating evolving operational needs.
