WMS Gaming’s Las Vegas offices utilize many of the material introduced on the exterior of the building to carry the exterior into the interior.

The main entry of the building is defined by a two-story curved accent panel wrapped in deep blue alucobond sheets, introduced at the exterior entry. Open ceiling systems with exposed structural systems encourage a large, expansive feel to work areas used on a 24/7 basis. Strong accent colors define full height core partitions and inject energy for a highly efficient work environment.

Incorporating a variety of team meeting areas adjacent to the windows offers employees a variety of environments to meet or work independently. 80% of the building is defined with Steelcase systems furniture consisting of recycled materials, allowing for maximum flexibility of future growth without incurring the waste of materials associated with conventional construction. The use of systems furniture allows for maximum natural light to reach the center of the building, offering a healthy and productive work environment.

Amenities include a large “community center” that provides employees with an exercise room equipped with a locker room and showers, indoor and outdoor break zones, and a central “park” for informal team meetings and corporate gathering.
