This 112,000 SF, 2 & 3 story, metal stud, plaster and glass building houses Clark County School District virtual classrooms, a PBS broadcasting facility, and a homeland security and emergency response center.

The prime objective of the project was to construct an integrated facility that provided seamless interaction between the institutions. The three programs are combined into a high-tech facility with two wings and a central core that can share features while maintaining their own components.
