VadaTech, a prominent embedded computing manufacturer headquartered in Henderson, entrusted Martin-Harris with the construction of their second manufacturing facility, strategically located at the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Julia Street in Henderson. This tenant improvement project involved the transformation of 125,733 SF, a former Sears department store, and a 12,570 SF addition.
Our skilled team executed a comprehensive overhaul including select demolition and remodeling: saw cut and patch, concrete, masonry, structural steel, cabinetry / millwork, insulation, roofing, caulking, doors and frames, glazing, framing and drywall, flooring, ceilings, paint, and high-quality finishes throughout.
To meet the specific requirements of VadaTech operations, we installed state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm systems. Some of the new spaces are new product introduction, machine shop, powder coating, private offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, dining, fitness, warehouse and a modular central powerplant. Spaces also include multiple specialized testing and inspecting areas, anechoic chamber, vibration testing, and an H20 lab. Utilities to serve each of these spaces include high- and low-pressure compressed air, nitrogen air, point-to-point communications, and controlled access to each sensitive space.
