Martin-Harris Construction delivered the new Ferron Elementary School campus in Las Vegas, featuring a 93,000 SF two-story classroom building with administration spaces and a 15,076 SF multipurpose building. To keep the existing school fully operational during construction, the new facility was built on open turf areas while selective demolition of the annex building was carefully phased. Once the new school was complete and occupied, the remaining original buildings and site elements were demolished to make way for new amenities, including parking lots, bus and parent drop-off zones, playgrounds, and landscaped outdoor spaces. The result is a modern, student-centered environment that supports Ferron Elementary’s mission of providing a well-rounded education for pre-kindergarten through fifth grade students within the Clark County School District.
