The Lennox is a 195,530 SF, four-story luxury condominium development in the southern Las Vegas Valley. The building is a wood-framed, stucco structure built atop a concrete podium which also functions as a 120-space parking facility. The 100 units range in size from the 918 SF one-bedroom, the 1,091 SF through 1,262 SF two-bedroom, to the 1,792 SF three-bedroom unit.
Many have covered exterior balconies that overlook the courtyard and pool or have views of the Strip and surrounding mountains. The units are finished with premium stone countertops, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and flooring. Other amenities include a 2,035 SF boutique clubhouse with a gym, coffee bar, lounge, covered patio and public restrooms.
The clubhouse opens to the tropical-landscaped courtyard which features a pool with a wet deck, spa, private cabanas, BBQ areas, intimate lounging areas, and large gathering areas. The U-shaped building design affords a courtyard that is protected from the summer and winter winds, provides cooling shade, and still gives ample sunlight.
The main building structure was already in place when Martin-Harris was hired to restart construction in 2013; the previous Owner abandoned the site in 2008 amid the recession. The structure suffered from severe damage from years of exposure to the elements and vandalism. The scope included connecting to existing underground utilities.
