The Keep Campus location in Atlanta, GA is Switch’s fourth Prime Center and serves as the data hub for the southeastern United States.
The Project is the construction of the 222,500 SF MOD data center shell which included 37,000 SF of office space. The tenant improvement included 1 power spine, 4 generators, 4 air handles, and 9 CRAC unites and condensers.

The Keep Campus located in Atlanta, Georgia is a level Tier 5 Platinum project with exceeding high technology demands and was built utilizing a fast-tracked Construction Manager (CM) approach. Martin-Harris’ CM performance and successful partnering with the Switch, local agencies, design team and subcontractors led to many cost saving for the project while achieving our aggressive schedule. They created an invaluable level of trust and confidence and I highly recommend them as a CM or CMAR.
