Sephora is a leader in prestige omni-retail offering personal care and beauty products such as cosmetics, skincare, body, fragrance, nail color, beauty tools, and haircare. They operate over 2,700 stores in 35 countries worldwide, with an expanding base of over 500 stores across the Americas. This project is their new fulfillment and distribution center which allows them to reach 97% of the United States within two days and 60% of the country in one day.

After evaluating 18 sites across multiple markets, Sephora chose North Las Vegas for its distribution and e-commerce fulfillment center because of the proximity to major transportation hubs. Located in the Tropical Distribution Center, the new 713,366 SF facility, which includes an attached 20,000 SF office, required high-quality design and construction to support the building’s state-of-the-art automation and robotic systems and complement its luxury brand. Some of the amenities include high-end finishes, spacious common areas and outdoor seating.
