Residence Inn Las Vegas Tenant Improvement

This project was an interior renovation and finish upgrade for the Residence Inn Las Vegas – Hughes Center, an 11‑story, 256‑key hotel, executed within a fully occupied and operating facility. The project scope focused exclusively on interior guestroom and corridor improvements, delivered under the Owner’s Stealth Program to minimize construction visibility and disruption to guests.

Renovation work included the sequential demolition and replacement of guestroom and corridor finishes across all floors, featuring upgrades to wall coverings, painting, cabinetry refinishing, flooring, countertops, bathroom finishes, lighting, doors, and soft goods, along with coordination of Owner-furnished FF&E. Public and back‑of‑house areas, including elevator lobbies, stairwells, and laundry support spaces, were also refreshed as part of the scope.

The project was delivered using a highly compressed, floor‑by‑floor schedule, completing each level in approximately two weeks, requiring precise trade coordination and repeatable workflows. This project highlights the team’s expertise in occupied hotel renovations, stealth construction operations, and the execution of high-volume, fast‑track interior hospitality upgrades.
