Located near downtown Reno, Nevada, Pinyon Apartments will be a much-needed affordable housing option for the area. Martin-Harris is providing Design-Assist services for the new 252-unit, five-story development. It sits on 2.8 acres and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It features several amenities including a green court with a playground and grilling area, a fitness center, yoga room, and sunlit, two-story entry.

The development is currently under construction and anticipated to open to new residents in November 2024.
