Parc Haven Downtown is the 290-unit, five-story, multi-family community located in Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas. The Type IV wood-framed building is 285,959 SF and is wrapped around a five-story precast concrete garage with 363 parking spaces. There are 17 types of units ranging from a studio model to the two-story townhomes and mezzanine penthouses. The entries to the townhomes are at street level and have brick stoop porches.

The new community has 2 large courtyards featuring fully furnished loggias with televisions and high-end outdoor furniture, BBQ islands and pergolas. The south courtyard has a large fire pit with custom seating. Other amenities include a bike wash, bike storage and maintenance area, and dog wash, and a large Resident Lounge with a kitchen and bar, and 6 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

All units have high-end finishes with quartz counter tops, tile backsplashes and custom cabinetry with soft-close hinges and drawer slides. The flooring is luxury vinyl planks throughout except in the bedrooms where carpet is installed. The bathrooms are tile with custom shower en-closures and high-end plumbing fixtures with custom-made, back lit mirrors. Each room has a ceiling fan with programable controls.
A 4,295 SF gray shell was constructed for a future retail/restaurant. All the infrastructure for future utilities including a ventilation shaft from the first to the 5th level roof and a 2000-gallon grease intercep-tor were installed and is ready for the future build-out.
