This project is the construction of a new, 296,000 SF building; 283,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with pre-cast concrete tilt-up panel skin. The Class-A office space is 13,000 SF of structural steel with a structural curtain wall.

The work includes mass excavation, a 800-ft site wall, and all on-and-off-site improvements including site curb, gutter, paving, wet and dry utilities, and a new private on-site power substation. Phase 1 was complete in April 2026, Phase 2 is anticipated to be complete June 2028.
