The project includes a 1,600 SF boutique fitness center, a 1,600 SF social lounge with a gourmet kitchen, and numerous outdoor amenities such as a resort-style pool complex, lap pool, event terraces, bocce courts, BBQ and shade pavilions, fire pits, and a sports field. Featuring steel and wood framing with stone veneer, EIFS finishes, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, the buildings offer dramatic views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding desert mountains. Inside, residents enjoy high-end finishes including granite countertops, exposed ductwork, and a state-of-the-art sound system integrated throughout the site. Despite challenges from the pandemic and subcontractor turnover, MHC utilized proactive planning, technology, and team collaboration to deliver a vibrant, modern gathering space that enhances community life.
