Amenities include 2 landscaped courtyards; one with a swimming pool with surrounding pool deck and cabanas, and the other with a pickle ball court, fire tables and barbeque grills. The clubhouse has a fitness center, media room, billiards room, library, crafts area, party area with a full kitchen, and lighted open areas for gathering. The property has Wi-Fi throughout.

Low-flow toilets and occupancy sensors were used throughout the project to promote sustainability. Desert landscaping techniques and native plants were used to allow for minimum irrigation and to reduce water loss.
The landscape was designed with multiple desert native plants. Irrigation is provided by an underground bubbler system. Multiple shade structures and outdoor gathering spaces were included to promote tenant interaction.
