The residential buildings are wood-frame structures with both dimensional lumber walls and truss component floors and roof. The buildings are placed on post-tensioned concrete slab-on-grade foundations with integral thickened edges and grade beams. They are fully sprinkled to the NFPA 13 system requirements. Buildings 1 and 2 are separated by a 2-hour fire wall. The clubhouse is post-tensioned column and slab construction and is fully sprinkled.
