CFC’s Special Projects group is collaborating with Dr. Kevin Lutz and LaurenAmber Prestenbach of Powers Brown Architecture to create a new 2,000 SF home for Dr. Lutz’s concierge medical practice. The space will include a new reception area, exam rooms, and private offices.

Dr. Lutz’s service model focuses on bringing quality and personalized attention back to medical care through a progressive, retainer-based system. We are working directly with Dr. Lutz and his team to ensure that we have a full understanding of both staff and patient perspectives, including their needs, expectations, concerns, and preferences. We are excited to help create an environment custom-fit for serving the practice’s unique culture and community.
