Marquis Care, Centennial Hills is a 63,832 SF, two story Skilled Nursing Facility with 76 individual rooms and a total of 120 beds. The structure is a load bearing metal stud structure with exterior plaster. The site is 5 acres including site amenities with half street improvements on Fort Apache, Centennial Parkway and Regina Road. The facility provides skilled nursing, sub acute ventilator, in-house dialysis and long term care for its’ residents. Marquis Care at Centennial Hills is designed to meet the need for self-care, socialization and independence which minimizes the negative aspects of an institutional environment. Each floor has a resident dining area as well as recreation areas including activity rooms and family areas. There is a main activity room to hold large group activities and special family gatherings.
Special services include a state-of-the-art Dialysis Wing, rehabilitation therapies, laboratory and radiology. Dietary services are provided by the main kitchen on the first floor and also served out of the second floor kitchenette steam table and refrigerator area. The laundry facility maintains sanitary precautions by utilizing a basic four room flow pattern to prevent cross contamination of clean linens and soiled linens. In-wall med gases are located throughout the building with isolated areas for the serviceable equipment. Administrative departments are located on the first floor located behind the receptionist area. This allows for a flow of business transactions, admissions and social services, where medical and financial records are easily accessible. A nursing/resident call system allows residents and staff to meet personal and professional needs. Each bed, restroom, public restroom and shower area have push/pull button alarms.
