This 122,290 SF double loaded warehouse is the first-Class A midbay project developed in North Las Vegas in the last 10 years. The building is located just minutes from the I-15 Freeway via Craig Rd. and Lamb Blvd. interchanges. This building is designed to accommodate a variety of unit size ranges and is divisible to =/- 9,000 SF. The facility features 28’clear heights, 12’x14’ grade level doors, 9’x10’ dock doors, 480/277 Volt, 3-Phase power, ESFR fire suppression system, LED lighting, R-19 roof batt insulation, 6” reinforced concrete floors and exterior storefront glass at the future tenant spaces.
