In 2013, Konami contracted Martin-Harris Construction to begin preconstruction services on a 200,000 SF addition to the facility we built in 2005 that would create a single campus housing expanded manufacturing, research and development and administration to support Konami’s growth. Construction of the state-of-the-art space completed in 2015 and the building was LEED Silver Certified in 2016.
