One of seven private hangers MHC has built at McCarran Airport. The hangar door is 177′ X 45′ with a foam deluge system. The facility encompasses a highly finished interior office and lounge spaces with an imported Italian marble staircase feature. FAA approved security system incorporates access control, intrusion detection, closed circuit television, employee badging, life safety systems, perimeter microwave and AFFF Deluge.

Project Awards include: The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Spotlight Award Winner for Interiors and Southwest Contractor Magazine’s Best of Nevada 2009 Award for Interior Design/Tenant Improvement.
