This ground‑up development of a dual‑brand hospitality campus, consisted of three separate buildings connected by a shared structured parking facility. The project brings together two hotel brands within a coordinated site designed for operational efficiency, guest convenience, and repeatable construction methodologies.
The Homewood Suites is a six‑story hotel totaling 119,467 SF with 158 guestrooms, constructed over a concrete podium ground floor supporting five stories of wood‑frame construction. Adjacent to it, the Hilton Garden Inn is also a six‑story hotel, totaling 97,892 SF with 172 guestrooms, featuring the same podium‑and‑wood framing configuration to support efficient vertical stacking and brand‑specific guestroom layouts.
A four‑story precast structured parking garage provides 274 parking spaces, enabling clear guest and service circulation separation while maximizing site utilization. The amenity program includes an in‑ground swimming pool and spa, supporting an amenity‑rich hospitality experience shared across both hotel brands.
