When complete, this industrial development will have five distribution/warehouse facilities totaling 2.2 M SF. Buildings 1-3 are fully leased. The speculative buildings feature 37-ft clear heights with ESFR fire sprinklers; seven-inch floor slabs; 185-ft secured, concrete truck courts; and abundant dock-high loading and parking. Buildings 4 and 5 are currently in preconstruction.
