Both hotels feature repeatable guestroom floorplates designed for efficiency and brand consistency within a limited‑service and extended‑stay hospitality model.

Supporting the hotel buildings is a four‑story precast structured parking garage providing 170 parking spaces, enabling clear guest and service circulation separation and efficient site utilization. The development also includes two separate in‑ground swimming pools, enhancing the amenity‑rich guest experience while supporting both hotel brands independently. The project required close coordination across multiple hotel flags, building typologies, and shared infrastructure.
