Following a major flood event, Earl B. Lundy Elementary School required extensive restoration and infrastructure upgrades to safely return the campus to service and strengthen its resilience against future storms. Delivered through a design-build approach, the project included critical site and building improvements that restored functionality while enhancing long-term performance.
Site improvements included drainage infrastructure upgrades, installation of a new septic system, grading enhancements, and asphalt paving. Interior and building system upgrades included the replacement of electrical and low-voltage systems, as well as new flooring and ceiling finishes throughout the campus.
The successful completion of the project restored an important educational facility for the community while creating a more resilient environment for students, staff, and visitors for years to come.
