Damonte Ranch 4 is a single-story, tilt-up industrial building located in the Damonte Ranch area of south Reno. The new building is a total of 390,200 SF and sits on 19 acres. Approximately 380,200 SF is manufacturing and warehouse space and 10,000 SF is office space. The site has 267 standard parking stalls and 43 tractor-trailer (10’x53’) stalls. The project was awarded LEED Silver Certification: LEEDv3 BD+C Core and Shell.
