Gilmore Ave. The building is a rear load tilt-up concrete construction with a panelized roof system and can accommodate 4 tenant spaces. A 32’ clear height is provided from the exterior wall of the speed bay for high-piled storage. 29 dock doors are provided including 2 grade level doors. The building has 2.8% skylights and an ESFR sprinkler system. Martin-Harris self-performed the tilt-up construction. The project also included a 1,200 SF office tenant improvement.
