Cathédrale is one of the latest creations from Tao Group Hospitality and renowned architecture firm, Rockwell Group. Located in the lobby entrance of the ARIA Resort & Casino, the 9,500 SF restaurant seats 266 and serves a French-Mediterranean menu. The interior is designed in the spirit of the brand’s original restaurant located in New York City’s East Village.

The main dining room and bar lounge area feature custom ceiling art installations from Willowlamp. The art piece in the main dining room contains 25 miles of metal-beaded chain and weighs 6,000 pounds. The back bar has an antiqued copper mirror with copper bar shelving, uplighting, and metal mesh accents. The two private dining rooms and one semi-private dining area have custom-built, brass and glass wine storage areas.

Martin-Harris performed select demolition, core drilling, decorative concrete in-fill, brick veneer, decorative metals, stone countertops, custom millwork/casework, custom wall panels, fire proofing patch, glass and glazing, mirror work, framing and drywall, plaster and faux-plaster finishes, flooring, OFCI wallcovering, painting, and specialty coatings. We also removed and re-installed restroom accessories, food service equipment and made modifications to the fire sprinkler, fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, audio/visual.
