Redesign of 1st floor office areas and cosmetic finishes at 2nd floor. This project really allowed MHC to show the Owner the value our Carpenters bring to detailed, high-end millwork finishes. The true craftsmanship of our Carpenters is found throughout the building, from the oval arches to the crown and wall moldings. The complete remodel of ASNY’s headquarters within the Queensridge complex was conducted in several phases and went through many design changes. MHC quickly adjusted to each design revision and several existing condition issues in order maintain key milestone dates, keeping the overall project on schedule. In addition to the renovation of office and conference space, the project scope also included the remodel of all the restrooms, addition of an Executive restroom and installation of a state-of-the-art security system.

MHC utilized carpenter tradesman from Locals 1977 and 1780 for all carpentry trades, as well as, demolition activities to maximize union participation.
