The scope of work for this project was to completely renovate and build out three existing buildings to create a new corporate campus for Allegiant Airlines. Exterior work included a patch and repair of the existing roof systems and a new Karnak top coat with a (10) year warranty. The scope also included a new generator yard, carport canopies, site concrete, exterior patching and a complete priming and painting of all exterior concrete tilt walls, way finding signage, a shade structure and landscaping.
The project featured a significant amount of low voltage systems work including CCTV, AV systems, Video Conferencing, interactive room management systems to book conference rooms, several IDF rooms and modular systems furniture coordination. A building management system monitors the HVAC, door access systems, lighting controls and critical electrical systems including the generator, and UPS units, etc. Interior walls are lined with several sections of whiteboard paint in many areas for a dramatic and functional aesthetic appeal. Acoustical baffles help mitigate sound transference in many of the open to structure areas and open office areas where workstations are present. Overhead MEP work was installed with clean lines conducive to the open to structure look. Conduit and open areas
