Ainsworth Game Technology is a leading-edge designer of innovative gaming machines offering a wide range of gaming products including, stand-alone, progressives and linked games. This project will serve as headquarters for the Americas and reflect Ainsworth’s culture of quality, innovation and excellence. The state of-the-art facility encompasses 22 acres and is located in the “Manufacturers corridor” a few minutes from the Las Vegas strip on Sunset Road near the Jones exit on the 215 West. The project contains office, manufacturing and warehouse space in addition to on and off-site improvements. Martin-Harris self-performed concrete for the tilt-up construction of the approximately 300,000 SF facility. 88,000 SF is a (2) story office, and 200,000 SF utilized as a manufacture/warehouse.
