Damonte Ranch 4 Industrial Building – South Reno, NV
A LEED-certified, 390,200 SF industrial facility for tenant Dragonfly Energy, built on a challenging site adjacent to a FEMA flood channel. Our team overcame complex civil engineering issues, massive material exports, and a year-long flood wall design process while incorporating sustainable materials, bicycle parking, and energy-efficient systems.
Brasserie B by Bobby Flay Parisian Steakhouse at Caesars Palace- Las Vegas, NV
A 5,580 SF French-inspired dining space that blends 1930s Parisian charm with modern hospitality standards. Every design detail—from custom curved art pieces to tin tile ceilings—was executed in the heart of a busy, operating casino, requiring precise coordination and discretion.
Desert Palm Logistics Center – North Las Vegas, NV
A 356,820 SF tilt-up industrial building with high-volume dock capacity, advanced fire protection systems, and tenant amenities. This project required innovative scheduling and drainage solutions to overcome unusual rainfall and tight site conditions.
University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) MAB2 Building Remodel – Las Vegas, NV
The transformation of an existing facility into classrooms, offices, and meeting spaces for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Our work included extensive infrastructure upgrades, exterior improvements, and safety features to enhance the student experience.
The APEX at Meadows Apartments – Las Vegas, NV
Two 5-story residential buildings totaling 334 units, designed with sustainability and accessibility in mind. Awarded Two Green Globes for energy efficiency, the project features smart home technology, resort-style amenities, and inclusive design for all residents.
