Industrial Building Spec Over 300K SF Category, Honor Award
Oasis Commerce Center
A premier Class-A industrial facility, Oasis Commerce Center spans 422,020 SF and was designed to meet the evolving demands of modern distribution. Strategically located near Blue Diamond Road and Rainbow Boulevard, the project offers direct access to I-15, streamlining logistics to Southern California.
Its cross-dock configuration, 36-ft clear height, and expansive dock system maximize efficiency for tenants, while 266 skylights reduce energy consumption through natural daylighting.
Built with future-forward infrastructure, including EV-ready parking, rooftop solar capabilities, Oasis Commerce Center earned the LEEDv4 Silver-level certification: BD+C Core and Shell.
Martin-Harris self-performed the concrete, maintaining at least two concrete pours a week for the building slab and wall panels. This saved our client time and money.

Ainsley at The Collective Luxury Apartments
With nearly 385,000 SF of luxury living across 388 units and community amenities, Ainsley at The Collective represents innovation under pressure. Despite unique challenges, Martin-Harris completed all five phases ahead of schedule, an achievement driven by strategic planning and strong field leadership.
Key efficiencies included a phased HVAC onboarding process, self-performed concrete for the garage and site work, and early coordination with local authorities to overcome site constraints. The result: a high-end residential community delivered with precision, profitability, and a repeatable quality control model that continues to influence future projects.

Bob Marley Hope Road Experience at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino
The transformation of a former buffet space into the Bob Marley Hope Road Experience, a 22,000-SF immersive entertainment venue, demonstrates Martin-Harris’ ability to merge technical complexity with creative vision. The project required a complete overhaul of HVAC, electrical, and acoustic systems to support the theatrical-level production.
Through detailed coordination, digital modeling, and phased scheduling, the team successfully integrated advanced structural requirements, advanced audio-visual and life safety systems with the themed environments.
