MHC’s Special Projects Group recently completed two new restaurants at the Palazzo for Celebrity Chef, David Chang: Majordomo Meat & Fish, and its’ neighboring concept restaurant, Moon Palace. Majordomo Meat & Fish is a 13,000 sq. ft. modern Asian-American steakhouse with three dining rooms, two private dining rooms (one being a secret Karaoke room!) and a bar. The Main Dining Room is lined with massive, built-in meat displays, acoustical wall panels and mirrored panels behind the banquettes. The bar displays mirrored panels behind blackened steel shelving with LED lighting and boasts metal and glass overhead bulkhead and a live edge concrete countertop. Dining Room 2 contains wine displays and cork ceiling features while Dining Room 3 features a large fish tank for livestock such as lobsters, crabs and shrimp.
The private Karaoke dining room is accessed by secret entrance in the Casino corridor. Just steps off the busy Casino floor, patrons can stop at David Chang’s Moon Palace for high quality, quick food choices on the go. Moon Palace’s open kitchen is fit with brand new custom stainless steel and concrete counters while the façade features a Pergola dining structure embedded with fluted glass panels and wood bi-fold doors.
