Marty Rogers has worked in all facets of the construction industry in the greater Houston area since 1978.   Beginning his career as a field superintendent with Alliance Construction, Marty took opportunities between projects to work in the office and learn the art of estimating.  After becoming a full time estimator, he became exposed to project management and, ultimately, became president of the company.  His executive level expertise encompasses over 20 years, including experience as Vice President of Williams Industries, while his construction experience consists of a wide range of project delivery methods and building types.  In 2001, he and his partner, Don Stephens, formed State Construction whose sales rapidly grew to over fifty million dollars.  His broad background and experience has provided a solid foundation for his current position as President of Martin- Harris Construction, Texas.

Marty’s professional affiliations include the AIA/AGC Joint Committee and the Associated General Contractors, Houston Chapter.
