Ray Newmiller has been with Martin~Harris Construction since 1984.  He began his construction career as a carpenter in 1974. He has a widespread background, including field supervision, estimating and preconstruction services. His capability and knowledge earned him the position of Vice President of Business Development and a place on the Executive Board. Currently, as Vice President of Preconstruction Services, he oversees and assists the project team in providing the client the best "Value" for their investment, from the beginning of project conception, through the achievement of design and budget goals.


Ray is a member of NAIOP, ICSC, AIA, CMAA, ULI and SIOR.  He was recently published in Who’s Who in Real Estate.
